The petitioner— request —that the said Board doth grant:
A variance of 1.5 feet combined from the present sideline
_requirement of 35 feet as shown on the attached sketch,
which covers Lot 189 in Section 2 of Shenandoah Hills
_However, no sideline would be less than 10 feet.
The applicant —make —this request because:
Lot_f�89 is 72 feet wide, back & front bu 175 feet deep.
The sideline requirement established in 1962-1964 was 7
foot sideline on each side and 25 feet front setback.
Subseauentlu a new reaulatton was established reautrina a
combtned sL eline of 35 feet. This would onlu leave 35
feet to build on, which would nereSS' me

to se11, and precipitate complaints from neighbors whose
homes were built under the old regulations. The lots are
