The applicant —make —this request because:
Present Agricultural -Limited (A-1) Zoning requires a minimum of
50' for any structure to the rear property line. Proposed
_garage would be 26' from property line. Therefore, 24' of
relief is requested to the 50' Rear Yard requirement.
