THIS DEED made and dated this" day of by and
between WILLIAM J . POE and BARBARA G . POE, his wife, parties of the first part,
hereinafter called the Grantors, and PING CHIH CHANG and SAM YUNG CHANG , his
wife, parties of the second part, hereinafter called the Grantees.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars, cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors do hereby grant and convey with
general warranty of title unto the Grantees, in fee simple, jointly as tenants by
the entirety with right of survivorship as at common law, it being intended that
the part of the one first dying should then belong to the other, his or her heirs
or assigns, all of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements
thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, located in Stonewall Magisterial
District, Frederick County, Virginia, at Sunnyside, on U. S. Highway No. 522, just
Northeast of the City of Winchester, Virginia, and designated as Lot No. 8 in Block
A, as shown on the plat of "Darville Subdivision, Section 111, made by Quentin R.
Shortt, C . E . , attached to and made a part of that certain Deed of Dedication dated
1%4ay 29, 1964, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Frederick
County, Virginia in Deed Book 300 at Page 10; and being the same land conveyed to
the Grantors herein by deed dated October 29, 1971, from Mabel C . Lee, Unmarried,
of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 383 at Page 284. Reference is
made to the aforesaid plat and deed for a more particular description of the property
herein conveyed.
This conveyance is made subject to all easements, rights of way and
restrictions of record affecting the subject property.
The Grantors do hereby covenant that they have the right to convey
to the Grantees; that the Grantees shall have quiet and peaceable possession of
" the said property, free from all liens and encumbrances; and they will grant such
further assurances of title as may be requisite.

The
following policies are to be -followed in making
application

Appeals. Such sign shall be placed at the property,
line and be maintained so as.to be legible..
6.. The title of the representative for a variance of an
organization, church, etc, shall.be shown on -the',
application.
7. The applicant or a representative applying for a
variance must be present at.the Board of,Zoning.
Appeals Meeting for which his variance is to be
reviewed.
If the applicant or representative is not present,
the variance -application will then be tabled until
the next Regular Meeting.

The Frederick County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing
on February.17, 1976 in the Board of Supervisors Room, 9 Court Square, Win-
chester, Virginia to consider the following at 3:30 P.M.:

LOCATED IN DARVILLE SUBDIVISION, LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK A, SECTION ONE;
