Dear Mr. Smith:
I am writingyou concerning your recent inquiry
pertaining to the Board of Toning Appeals. The members
of the Board were recently appointed..and we have arranged
a tentative.slate in order that the Board can adopt
necessary rules and regulations. At this meeting, the
Board will decide the regular meeting dates for the public
hearings.
However, before the regular meeting of the Board.of
:mooning Appeals, the County needs the following information
in order to complete the appeal procedure at this stage.
a) It is necessary for the applicant to complete
the enclosed application in extensive detail.
The significance of this procedure is that
the Board may clearly understand the rezoning
and all the circumstances surrounding the
applicant'sappeal.
(b) Appeals must be accompanied by a check in the
amount of $20.00 pAyable to Dorothy B. Keckley,
Treasurer.of Frederick County.
As zoning Administrator, I will notify you concerning
the designated regular meeting of the Board. If you have
any guostions pertaining to the procedure, pleast don't
hesitate to contact me.
