Dear Mr. Riley and Zoning Appeal Board,
We are writing in reference to a building
permit applied for by the Back Creek Ruritan Club.
It was brought to our attention that an 80 foot set-
back line was needed.
The Club was unaware of this zoning change.
The land was purchased in 1972, and we began work on
the site as we got the money. Consequently, the septic
system was installed at one time, the well at another
time. Therefore, these improvements have already been
made.
We cannot meet the 80 foot set -back line due
to the locations of the above improvements.
The land is located on a dirt road, occupied
by two family dwellings -about 2 mile from the land
in question.
We would like to request a 39 foot variance.
