Your Petitioner has entered into a contract for thel sale of Lot 4, Block D of Senseny Heights Subdivision which sub- division has been approved by the Board of Supervisors and is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 9,7 Page��. 2. That the purchaser desires to construct a dwelling house thereon, which together with a two -car garage, will be 28 feet in depth and 83 feet long. That said building at its Northern end where the garage is located will be 26.81, more or less, from the rear property line, and the length of'the tri- angular portion of the building within the restricted 35 foot rear yard area is 24.5 feet. A diagram of the requested variance is attached hereto. 3.
