The members were recently appointedand have arranged a tentative meeting in order that the Board can adopt necessary rules and regulations. At this meeting, the Board.will designate a regular meeting date for the public hearings. However, before the regular.meeting, all appeals must be accompanied by a check in the amount of $20.00 payable to Dorothy B. Keckley, Treasurer of Frederick County.
