The back portion of Mrs. Spitler's approximately 2 acres was grown up in thickets.type of condition. At this time during the fence row cleaning,.,she stated it would be nice to.clean it up so we had the front end loaded to do so, thus the neighbors on the south side of her property joined in to share the cost and.cleaned the fence row along their property as well. It became a.community project and burned the brush etc.. cleaned up the lot and seeded it into grass.. The church is presently keeping the lot mowed and maintained. During the project Mrs. Spitler..'indicated to me she didn't need all of the approximately 2--acres, and it was difficult for her to take care of her property. At.'Ahis time, I being the trustee for the church made a request of her to buy..the:lot. Three..trustee's took the matter to the church board, a price was agreed upon thus this request. The lot will be used for: Extending our property -line farther.from our parking lot. Possible over flow parking. Future church activities. Richard L.
