BACKGROUND INFORMATION - The applicant is seeking a 10' side yard variance for a detached 12' X 20' garage. The A-1 (Agricultural Limited) Zoning District requires a 15' distance from the property line for accessory structures such as this. The garage is 5' from the property line, therfore, a 10' variance is needed.
