This will require a 20' variance of the A-2 (Agricultural General) zoning requirements. The A-2 (Agricultural General) zoning requires an 80' setback from the center of the road right-of-way. STAFF COMMENT - The road right-of-way for Route 645 is less than 50', therefore, an 80' setback is required from the center of the right- of-way. A building permit has been issued and construction has started based on a 60'. setback and larger right-of-way.
