BACKGROUND INFORMATION - The applicant is seeking a variance for a
detached storage building, accessory to the lawn mower sales business
currently operating with an approved conditional use permit. This
will require a 2 1/2' front setback variance from Route 615. The A-1
(Agricultural'Limited) District requires 80' from the center of the
right-of-way.
STAFF COMMENT - A building permit is needed prior to construction.
The storage building/storage use must remain accessory to the lawn.
