Subject: EXTERNAL: Winchester B2 Machine Shop - Minor Submission
Earl,
We are working on a site plan in the county and are being told that we need to have FCSA approval. There are no proposed
changes to the water system, nor demand being added. Essentially this is just additional workspace with no additional
sta%. Fire is also already covered by existing hydrants. Any chance you could take a quick look at this? Or do we need to go
through a full submittal process to you? Give me a call if you’d like to discuss. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Ryan Boshart, P.E.
