The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 55N-1-4-133 for an 8-foot rear
variance to a required 25-foot rear yard setback which will result in a 17-foot rear yard
setback, for a covered deck. The property is located at 120 Triangle Court, Winchester in
the Red Bud Magisterial District.
