This letter is to confirm that the above referenced appeal application was denied by the Board of
Zoning Appeals at their meeting on May 16, 2006. This denial was of request #06 -06 to appeal the
decision of the Zoning Administrator pertaining to the square footage and height of your business
sign. The subject property is located on Route 11 South on Yardmaster Court, and is identified by
Property Identification Number 44- A -75 -B in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Frederick
County within 30 days of the Board's decision. If you have any questions regarding this action,
