This denial was of request #15 05, to appeal the decision of the Zoning Administrator pertaining to legal non conforming land use in the RA (Rural Areas) District. The subject property is located at 2708 Berryville Pike, identified by Property Identification Number 55 -A -169 in the Red Bud Magisterial District. The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Frederick County within 30 days of the Board's decision.
