This denial was of your request #01 -05, to appeal the decision of the Zoning Administrator pertaining to adjoining property setback requirements. The subject property is located at 162 Hopewell Road in Welltown Heights Subdivision in the Stonewall Magisterial District. The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Frederick County within 30 days of the Board's decision.
