On behalf of the Frederick County Board of Zoning Appeals, you are hereby notified of a public
hearing being held on Tuesday, February 15, 2005, at 3:25 p.m., in the Board Room of the
Frederick County Administration Building at 107 N. Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia. This is a
public hearing to consider Appeal Application #01 -05 of Colleen McDonough, to appeal the
decision of the Zoning Administrator in the administration of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining/
adjoining property setback requirements. The subject property is located at 162 1 Iopewell Roar-'
Welltown Heights Subdivision, and is identified with Property Identification Number 32 -5 -5 i
Stonewall District.
Any interested parties may attend this hearing. A copy of the application will be available f
at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week of the meeting or at the Dept
Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in Winchester, Virginia.
