Ritter, et ux, and James Allen Anderson, of recordbin and aforesaid Clerk's Office as Land Record 030002124, which has a plat attached thereto showing the adjusted boundary with area of 175.1098 acres, according to the plat of survey drawn by Douglas C. The Grantors expressly reserve a non exclusive easement over the 175.1098 acres (Tract IV above) for ingress/egress to their property contiguous.
