BUSKO Dear Mike: This letter is to confirm that the above referenced applications were approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on August 16, 2005. The request on parcel bearing Property Identification Number 86B- 1 -A -17 was for a 35' side -yard, 30' west side -yard and 75' rear variance; and, parcel bearing Property Identification Number 86B- 2 -A -16 was for a 30' side yard variance, 40' west side -yard variance and 75' rear variance. The properties are located off of Double Church Road (Route 641) on West Street (Route 849) in Lone Oak Subdivision, in the Opequon Magisterial District.
