WISE, husband and wife, as Grantors, and WILLIAM T. DRAKE and KATHRYN T. DRAKE, husband and wife, as Grantees. AND BEING the same property conveyed to the Grantors by Deed dated April 9, 1982 and recorded April 15, 1982, in Deed Book 546, at page 442, among the land records of Frederick County, Virginia. This conveyance is made subject to easements, conditions and restrictions of record insofar as they may lawfully affect the Property.
