The request on parcel bearing Property Identification Number 30- A -144A was for a 40 foot right side yard variance and a 35 foot left side variance, resulting in a ten foot right side yard and a 15 foot left side yard setback. However, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted to allow a 35 foot variance on both sides, resulting in a 15 foot setback on both sides.
