The attached plat represents a lot development known as
the Funkhouser Lots, situated along the Western side of Virginia -U. S. Highway No. 522,
otherwise known as the Front Royal Highway, about 51 miles Southeast of Winchester, in
0pecuon District, Frederick County, Virginia, and being a portion of that certain larger
tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to J. R. Funkhouser by W. E. Edwards, Executor
of the Estate of Annie S. Armel, Dee 'a., and others, by deed dated September 6, 1945,
and of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia,
in Deed Book No. 193, page 272: Said plat correctly shows the dimensions and locations
of the respective lots in said development, and is made with the full and free consent
of the said J. H. Funkhouser and Katie /Funkhouser, his wife.
