THIS DEED made and dated this Z4liay of October, 2004, by and between
CHARLES L. SHIFFLETT, SR., hereinafter referred to as Grantors and RED APPLE
GROUP, L.L.C., a Virginia Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as the
8 Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
v ($10.00), cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby grant, bargain, sell and
convey, with General Warranty and English Covenants of Title, unto the Grantee, in fee
simple, the following described tract of land located in the County of Frederick, Virginia
(the 'Property"):
v Plat, Minor Rural Subdivision of the Land of Garland R. Frye, Jr.
ti and Sharon A. Frye, prepared by David M. Furstenau, L.S., dated
July 22, 1992, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 781 at Page 55
and by this reference made a part hereof as if set out in full; AND
BEING a portion of the real estate conveyed to Charles L. Shifett,
Sr. by deed dated October 31, 2003 from Gina Mary Ensogna, said
deed is of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office as Instrument
#030025487.
