Dear Ms. Jones:
This letter is to confirm that the above referenced application was approved by the Board of
Zoning Appeals at their meeting on October 16, 2007. The request on parcel bearing Property
Identification Number 69A- 1 -32 -61 was for a 16 foot left side yard variance and a 26 foot right
side yard variance, resulting in a 34 foot side yard setback on both sides. The property is located
in Shawneeland Subdivision, Section 32, Lot 61, in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
