This Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved
Site Plan #016-91 of Clarke Motors on June 2;1 1991. This plan
calls for the extension of a sanitary sewer line complete with an
oil/water separator, and all appropriate "siltation and erosion
control measures. Enclosed is a copy of the approved site plan for
your records.

We have reviewed the above referenced site plan dated July 2, 1991. The
proposal appears acceptable with the following stipulations:
1. Ownership of the facility installed within the Route 7 right-of-way will
be with the Frederick County Sanitation Authority.
2. Standard EC-1 riprap stone will be installed at the inlet end of the
existing 30" C.M.P. culvert under Route 7.
3. With the proposed depth (10'+) of the main at approximate Station 1+50 it
appears a plant mix overlay of the entire commercial entrance surface may
be necessary. A determination will be made by this Department after
installation is complete.
4. Access to the business will need to be provided during construction.
Please advise the owner a land use permit may now be applied for to cover work
on the State's right-of-way. Said permit will require a minimum processing
fee, surety bond coverage and the salary & expense of a State assigned
Inspector.
