CONSTRUCTION NOTES
GENERAL
1. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor ond equipment and perform all work including restoration for the
completed Installation of the utility systems and oil other improvements shown or Implied as necessary for the
completed facility ready for use. Unless otherwise noted, specifications for all wofk to be in occordonce with
applicable Standards and Construction Specificotions of The Virginia Deportment of Transportation, Virginia
Department of Health, Frederick County Sanitation Authority and the contract documents.
2. The engineer has attempted to locate existing subsurface utilities; however, such may exist that ak not shown.
The contractor shall exercise care In this work so as to ovoid damage to any utilities. Any damage si be the
contractor's responsibility. The contractor shall notify all utility companies 72 hours prior to constructbn. Call "Miss
UtAity 1-800-257-7777.
3. The contractor shall be responsible for all construction stakeout. All dimensions, wevotions and locations shall

4. Any unusual subsurface conditions encountered during the course of the work sholl be immediately brought to
