Elizabeth St., Suite 114 Harrisonburg, Virginia 22802 Re: Site Plan #40-23 – Hang 10 Car Wash & Sheetz Convenience Store (Route 50 West) Property Identification Number (PIN): 53-A-74 Dear Seth: The above-referenced site plan, dated April 6, 2023, was approved on April 27, 2023. The revised site plan is approved for minor revisions for the already approved site plan #54-22 that included a 6,139 square foot convenience store and gas station and 4,185 square foot car wash in the B2 (General Business) Zoning District in the Gainesboro Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan. Attached are three (3) hard copies of the signed site plan by the Zoning Administrator. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Further, once site development is complete, the owner(s) should contact this office to schedule an on-site inspection. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
