The owner proposes to construct a new multi -purpose ?` g'-rAnaNG sE sncK and a new sanctuary building along with associated parking and other site improvements. Proposed improvements are planned to begin during the fall of 2026. Existing Site Conditions The project site will be located on a 11.84 acre parcel which currently is used as a church facility. \ \`✓ n , - - ` / = > Flood Plain The parcel contains no floodplain. Soils The USGS Soils map shows the predominant soil type on the site is 148, Frederick- Poplimento looms. This soil is generally fairly deep (25"-72"), well -drained, and residuum of limestone. The Hydrologic Soils Group is "B".1 I See Sheet 9. 4- ------- 100" am Adjacent Areas The adjacent properties are used for residential purposes. Off-siteAreas ,,. \ II i There will be no off -site disturbance except as allowed by temporary construction easements. Critical Areas--'"'--- - No critical areas where slopes are greater than 3:1 are present on site. The disturbed area is approximately 3.9 acres. \\\ PHASE 2 BUILDING -PHASE 1 EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES \ 3.02 A stone and gravel entrance will be installed from the existing drive aisle as a construction entrance and , \ f a staging area and will be be maintained in a condition which will prevent tracking or flow of mud onto the public rights -of -way. This may require periodic top dressing with additional stone or the washing and reworking 1 / \\ \\ I 1 1 \ J of existing stone as conditions demand and repair and/or cleanout of any structures used to trap sediment. All materials spilled, dropped, washed, or tracked from vehicles onto roadways or into storm drains must be \ removed immediately. The use of water trucks to remove materials dropped, washed, or tracked onto roadways I \ ` will not be permitted under any circumstances.- 3.05 Silt fence will be installed in selected locations downstream from the construction areas as a first , measure of construction. Silt fence will be installed around the downstream side of any topsoil stockpiles. Silt . fence will be installed along the perimeters of the existing drainfields as required to prevent disturbance. Silt fences shall be inspected after each rainfall and at least daily during prolonged rainfall. Any required repairs shall be made immediately.
