Stormwater Management: The proposed improvements on this site plan pertain directly to the addition of a loading dock for the existing building. The proposed improvements require the disturbance of less than 0.06 acres of land. The area to be disturbed is mostly gravel and paved areas. Approximately 160 square feet of grass will be replaced with new pavement and approximately 233 square feet of existing gravel and concrete will be replaced with new sod as noted on sheet 2 of this plan.
