WWTP SITE. THE FACILITY IS LOCATED AT 231 S LAKEVIEW DRIVE, CROSS JUNCTION,
VIRGINIA, IN THE LAKE HOLIDAY ESTATES RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NEAR U.S.-522,
APPROXIMATELY 12 MILES WEST OF THE CITY OF WINCHESTER. A TOTAL OF .44
ACRE WILL BE DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE BASIN AND TANK.
EXISTING SITE COND! 'IONS THE PROPOSED SITE IS GENERALLY FLAT AND ALMOST
ENTIRELY OCCUPIED BY THE CURRENT TREATMENT FACILITIES. AREAS NOT DIRECTLY
COVERED BY TREATMENT FACILITIES ARE GRAVELED OR GRASSED. A GEOTECHNICAL

APPROXIMATELY 12 MILES WEST OF THE CITY OF WINCHESTER. A TOTAL OF .44
ACRE WILL BE DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE BASIN AND TANK.
EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS THE PROPOSED SITE IS GENERALLY FLAT AND ALMOST
