We are proposing a solid fence along the front of the property for this purpose 1. Notes. On the coversheet, provide the following notes: (1) All outdoor lighting must be shielded to prevent glare onto adjoining properties and road right-of-ways, and (2) All utilities must be underground. No exception taken, please refer to the cover sheet 2. Plan Certification. The site plan needs to include a signed seal of the certified Virginia land surveyor, architect, or engineer who prepared the plan. Site plans have been signed by the civil engineer, this stamp is indicated on the drawing and not on the title block 3. Project Summary. A project summary needs to be provided on the coversheet. This summary needs to show the following: site area and developed area, site zoning, building restriction lines (required and proposed), landscaped area (minimum and proposed), FAR (max), density (units/acre), building height (max), parking calculations, signage, sign area, and Magisterial District. The original site plan (#03-84) also needs to be referenced. No exception taken, please refer to the cover sheet 4. BRL's. On sheets A-20, provide the building restriction lines on the property. No exception taken, please refer to sheet A-20 5. Legend. On sheet A-20, a legend for the various symbols and shading needs to be provided. No exception taken, please refer to sheet A-20 6. Parking Lot. The existing parking lot paving appears to be extensively damaged; provide a reference on the plan that the parking areas will be repaved and striped.
