RE: Home Depot Truck Entrance Improvements Minor Site Plan
Dear Mr. Cheran,
Pu/A Enclosed is the minor site plan for the Home Depot Truck Entrance Improvements. The
1 l ` ` site is located off Park Center Drive in Frederick County. The plan proposes widening the
entrance by 9.5' to improve truck access to the site. Pavement markings, fence adjustments
and storm structure adjustments are also included in this plan. Disturbance is less than
10,000 sf. so no land disturbance permit is required.
We believe this design meets all applicable County design guidelines and complies with all
County Erosion and Sediment Control requirements.
We have enclosed the site plan application, fee check, Special Limited Power of Attorney
form and 2 copies of the minor site plan for your review. Please call if you have any
questions or comments.
Regards,
