The site plan is approved for the construction of a test enclosure located at 390 Airport Road in the Airport Business Center in the Shawnee Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Our original plan, as presented to you, was to demolish and clear the site by October 31St. However, we recognize the tremendous advantage of exposing the test structure to snow and winter conditions for further evaluation.
