At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Coversheet. It doesn't appear that a separate coversheet is needed; however, if included, ensure that the two plan sheets are the same size. The coversheet also lists M&H Plastics as the owner; this needs to be revised to show Fort Collier Group. 2) Sheet 2. If the coversheet is eliminated, sheet 2 can include the project summary, owner information and signature block with expiration language. The original site plan number for the site needs to be included in the project summary. 3) Property Identification Number. Verify the PIN provided. County records show this as 54-A-36K, not 36. 4) Property Boundaries. The property boundaries shown on the site plan do not seem accurate; see sheet 2. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan. I will need all approved review agency comment sheets and at least five copies of the final plan for approval.
