Based on the location and height data of the proposed structure provided to the FAA It was determined that structure should not impact operations at the airport however as noted on page one and two there are conditions to be met. The conditions listed in the FAA study should be referenced in the general notes for compliance and a copy of the determination Included with the plans. The proposed site does lie within the traffic pattern of the airport therefore we are requesting the following conditions be included in the general notes: 1. Due to the close proximity of this site to the Winchester Regional Airport, we request that all outdoor lighting be a shielded type and amber in color such as the type of light produced by high-pressure sodium light fixtures. This is a safety measure to shield bright lights from approaching and departing aircraft from the south and southwest. 2. Outdoor burning should be prohibited and brush/debris hauled off site. 3. Any construction equipment i.e, cranes, derricks, etc, that exceeds the height of the proposed structures, (lie operator will be required to rile 7460-2 with the Federal Aviation Administration for review and approval no less than thirty days prior to start of use with a copy forwarded to this office for record.
