We would prefer not to change the existing striping of the parking area until we determine how the parking addition will affect the flow of trucks. We are also working on internal changes that cannot be implemented until the new parking is available. Let me know if this is enough of an explanation. During our conversation I stated that they may be able to relocate existing parking from the right (south) side of the site to the front (along Baker). Please indicate if Monoflow plans on utilizing the existing parking area for trailer parking, and if so it needs to be shown on this plan and the striping modified to accommodate the trailers. On the landscaping plan provide a note that indicates that the grade between Baker Lane and the new parking area is adequate to serve as the 36" screening element.
