Refer to sheet 2: Provide the site soils information, not merely a reference to the soil survey. 2. Refer to sheet 2, erosion and sediment control narrative: Remove the notes about sediment basins which are not applicable to this site. 3. Refer to sheet 8: Remove the slope stability note as it is not applicable on this site. 4. Refer to sheet 2: The stormwater Analysis refers to site plan #046-98 for stormwater calculations. Upon review of the referenced site plan, it appears that many assumptions or statements are made without providing evidence or calculations for them. Provide calculations which validate the actual size of the drainage area as well as the total flow from and through the site. Also, it appears that the majority of the water which flows to and from the site bypasses the existing pond; according to the assumptions contained in site plan #046-98, very little, if any, water drains to the existing pond. Provide an evaluation that represents the actual conditions at this site. 5. Refer to sheet 3: The Silt Fence Culvert Inlet Protection is not an acceptable practice in Frederick County. Remove or cross out this portion of the detail and indicate that the Stone Combination is the appropriate type of inlet protection to be used in the field (simply cross out the work "Optional').
