Therefore, we recommend approval of the subject site plan. The plan indicates that less than 10,000square feet will be disturbed during construction of the subject structure; therefore, a land disturbance permit will not be required. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments I . Project Information. Under the project information, clarify that the patio addition is to an existing restaurant. Revise the building setbacks as indicated and provide parking calculations for the site. 2.
