The sign ordinance reference has been corrected on the cover sheet. 2. The title is now showing this plan as a minor revision. 3. The adjoining property owner's information is now shown on the cover sheet. 4. The adjoining property owner's information has been updated. 5. The building has not been constructed yet therefore is still proposed. 6. The cover sheet and sheet 2 show the proposed pavement areas hatched. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. This entire area was previously shown as all asphalt pavement and now only a small portion will be asphalt and the remainder will be gravel as noted on sheet 2 of the plan set.
