Revise the address as indicated under project information. 2. Required Parking. Revise the required employee parking number to three. This site plan accounts for five new parking spaces (that were not previously approved on older site plans) and, therefore, one new tree is required. 3. Outdoor Storage Area. The gate for the outdoor storage area needs to be opaque (board -on- board). The front fence area could be changed to board (chain link on the sides) and the trees shown relocated to other areas on the site as indicated on the plan. The access to the outdoor storage area also needs to be shown.
