Dear Jeremy:
Planning Staff has reviewed the above -referenced site plan to determine if administrative approval can be
granted. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues
in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please
review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses
each concern.
Review Comments
1. Site Address. Revise the address as indicated under project information.
2. Required Parking. Revise the required employee parking number to three. This site plan
accounts for five new parking spaces (that were not previously approved on older site plans) and,
therefore, one new tree is required.
3. Outdoor Storage Area. The gate for the outdoor storage area needs to be opaque (board -on-
board). The front fence area could be changed to board (chain link on the sides) and the trees
shown relocated to other areas on the site as indicated on the plan. The access to the outdoor
storage area also needs to be shown.
After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that 1 may verify the information
contained on the plan. i will need all approved review agency comment sheets and at least five copies of
the final plan for approval. Continent sheets are required from the following agencies: the Frederick
County Inspeclio77s Department, the Frederick County Fire Afarshal, and the Virginia Department of
Transportation.

Dear Mr. Smith:
The Frederick County Department of Planning and Development administratively approved the above referenced
site plan on January 16, 2001. The plan calls for.site improvements to the existing building and lot. The primary
features of this site plan are as follows:
• Placement of parking landscaping
• Adding a landscaping screen around a new trailer parking area
• Designation of the required parking spaces
• Construction of a safer entrance
• Construction of a paved surface over the parking lot and surrounding area
• Installation of a dumpster and dumpster pad
• Installation of an additional fire hydrant
Currently, no objections have been made by any of the review agencies. Please be aware, however; that future
agency comments should be addressed accordingly.
I have provided you with six copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate division
