The above -referenced site plan was approved on January 24, 2011. This site plan is approved for the
construction of a new storage building (two phased) at the Rock Harbor Golf Course located at 117
Limestone Lane in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
Phase 1 — 1,500sf storage shed with a 240sf canopy.
Phase 11 — 1,500sf addition to the Phase I storage shed.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan,

Section 312, use group U (Utility) of The International Building Code / 2006.
Structural plans submitted for permit application are sealed by a VA Licensed. Design
Professional. Please note the requirements by the RDP and in chapter 17 IBC for special
