The site plan is approved for the construction of a new 95 foot monopole telecommunications tower located at 2839 Front Royal Pike (off of Route 522 South at WTRM Radio Station) in the Shawnee Magisterial District. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the RA (Rural Areas) Zoning District. All relevant review agencies have approved the project at this time. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
