The site plan is approved for the consU-uction of a new 120 foot lattice type telecommunications tower located at 2042 Martinsburg Pike in the StoncNvall Magisterial District. Required improvements include the following: • New 120 foot lattice -type telecommunications tower. • Expanded enclosed compound, including a new 12' x 30' equipment building. • Relocated landscaping. • Construction of a Five foot sidewalk along Martinsburg Pike. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the RP (Residential Performance) Zoning District and meets the conditions of Conditional Use Permit #05-10. AiI relevant review agencies have approved the project at this time. I am providing you with five (5) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
