The area were the proposed building is going is currently a asphalt paved area which will be saw -cut to place footings. The building is only 4800 sf, the disturbed area is less than 6000 sf therefore does not require a land disturbance permit. Does Public Works have any comment? Attached is a copy of the site plan.
