All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package V 1. In addition a bond in the amount of $25,000 will be required to cover the immediate improvements as well as the ultimate upgrades if needed.
