The following comments need to be addressed during the revision of this site plan: /1) Please revise the owner/developer address to include the zip code. ✓2) Please provide a signature on the Land Surveyor Seal. /3) Please revise the Bufflick Road route number on the location map to read St. Rte. 776. ,/ 4) Please provide the use, zoning and property identification number for parcel 64-A-4F, and revise the D.M.L. property to read 64-A-4I so it is not mistaken as 64-A-41. 15) Please provide our department with the approved survey for the Windy Hill Business area. This will enable our department to update our tax maps, as they do not reflect the information provided on your site plan. ✓6) Please revise information under General Notes to reflect the total acreage of parcel 6413- A-15. This information will need to be used for all calculations as well.
