All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. It is recommended that applicants contact the Department of Planning and Development to determine which review agencies are relevant to their site plan application. The following comments will need to be addressed in order for this office to proceed with adtninistrative approval of this site plan. Please: 1) Provide the Property Identification Numbers (PIN) for the adjoining properties. 2) Provide the location and the dimension of the required parking lot setbacks. 3) Clarify the location of the sidewalk. The subnutted plan indicates that a sidewalk will be installed directly in front of the office entrance door, and the loading lane. There is also indication of a 5-foot awning along the front of the building; is the sidewalk intended to be under the awning? 4) Note that no free-standing signs have been proposed. If any wall mounted signs are proposed, it should be indicated on this site plan. 5) Note that no outdoor lighting fixtures are proposed. If any wall mounted lighting fixtures are proposed, it should be reflected on the site plan 6) Provide the location for outdoor trash receptacles and dimension of the structure required to enclose the receptacles.
