All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Addition Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bauhan: The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved Site Plan #039-95 for Transmission Products, Inc. on November 15, 1995. The approved site plan calls for the construction of a 1,500 square feet warehouse facility that will attach to the existing structure, the provision of a gravel access drive that will be 12 feet in width, the installation of a 30" corrugated metal pipe for drainage, and all appropriate erosion and sedimentation control measures. I have provided Mr. Keith Burr of Greenway, Inc. with three copies of the approved site plan. I have asked Mr. Burr to ensure that these plans are distributed to the appropriate persons. Please advise the contractor to contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection once all improvements are complete. Please contact me if I may answer any questions regarding this letter.
