All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. The approved site plan calls for the construction of a 1,500 square feet warehouse facility that will attach to the existing structure, the provision of a gravel access drive that will be 12 feet in width, the installation of a 30" corrugated metal pipe for drainage, and all appropriate erosion and sedimentation control measures. I have provided Mr. Keith Burr of Greenway, Inc. with three copies of the approved site plan. I have asked Mr. Burr to ensure that these plans are distributed to the appropriate persons.
