The checklist below indicates all the information that needs to be submitted as part of the site plan
application. All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan.
The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is
complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted
and returned to the applicant(s).

RE: Site Plan Approval For Transmission Products, Inc. Addition
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bauhan:
The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved Site Plan #039-95 for
Transmission Products, Inc. on November 15, 1995. The approved site plan calls for the
construction of a 1,500 square feet warehouse facility that will attach to the existing structure,
the provision of a gravel access drive that will be 12 feet in width, the installation of a 30"
corrugated metal pipe for drainage, and all appropriate erosion and sedimentation control
measures.
I have provided Mr. Keith Burr of Greenway, Inc. with three copies of the approved site plan.
I have asked Mr. Burr to ensure that these plans are distributed to the appropriate persons.
Please advise the contractor to contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection once all
improvements are complete. Please contact me if I may answer any questions regarding this
letter.

I have had the opportunity to review the above referenced site plan received by our department
on October 2, 1995. The following comments need to be addressed during the revision of this
site plan:

Surveyor's Seal.
3) Please revise the location map to indicate the road names that are provided on the
marked -up plan.
4) Please provide the use and revise the property identification number for all adjoining
properties as indicated on the marked -up plan.
5) Please provide the location and dimension of all required setbacks and yard areas.
6) Please provide the Floor to Area Ratio calculations for this project.
7) Please provide the location, height and specification for all proposed outdoor lighting
fixtures.
8) Please provide the location of any sidewalks that are located on this site.
9) Please be more specific in identifying the proposed uses for this property.
10) Please provide the location of all outdoor trash receptacles.
11) Please provide the height for the existing structure and the proposed addition.
12) Please provide the location of all utility lines and their laterals to this property.
13) Please provide information on all right-of-way easements that are located on or that
adjoin this property.
14) Please provide the parking space calculations to reflect the proposed uses for this
property and demonstrate a layout within the existing parking area that meets this
requirement.
