All required information must.be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. The following comments should be addressed during the revision of this site plan. Please include the Property Identification Numbers (PIN's) for all properties surrounding the property. In the box for the zoning administrator to sign please include the following statement: "Site plan valid for five (5) years from the date of approval. F.C.S.A. approval valid for two (2) years from the date of approval." The location and nature of all facilities necessary to meet Fire Code requirements shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. 4. The storm water management plan, and the soil erosion and sedimentation control plan, shall be approved by the Department of Public Works. After speaking with you on the telephone I know that you are already aware of these comments. Please revise the plan to show the comments specified in this letter and resubmit one copy for my review.
