All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. It is recommended that applicants contact the Department of Planning and Development to determine which review agencies are relevant to their site plan application. Box 2778 Winchester, VA 22604 RE: Review of Cives Steel Site Development Plan #042-98 Dear Mr. Powell: I have had the opportunity to review the above referenced site plan submitted to our department on June 18, 1998. The following comments are offered and should be addressed during the revision of this site plan. I have also marked the enclosed plan for your use. 1) On the site plan, please provide the following general site information from the site plan checklist: Items 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 27, and 30. 2) Please provide a sidewalk/paved area from the driveway to doorway of the building. In addition, please ensure that the driveway providing access to the building is a minimum of 24' in width and is perpendicular to the existing driveway. 3) Please provide a statement to the effect: No additional employees associated with this storage addition. Therefore, no additional parking spaces are required. 4) Although no additional parking spaces are required by the zoning ordinance, it is my understanding from the T.R.C. that the building code requires that the building is handicap accessible, including a handicap parking space. Please ensure that all handicap accessible issues are addressed. You may wish to coordinate this with the Mr. John Trenary, Building Official. 5) The location and nature of all facilities necessary to meet Fire Code requirements shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan. I will then need all approved review agency comment sheets and five copies of the final site plan for approval. Comment sheets are required from the following agencies: the Virginia Department of Transportation, the Frederick County Inspections Department, and the Frederick County Fire Marshal.
